Groom's star is in Aroha and proposed bride's star is in Avaroha of one and the same Rajju. If Rasi lords in the two horoscopes are mutually friendly or mutually neutral, is Rajju porutham achieved?

V. Balasubramaniyan, Coimbatore-30.

SOME astrologers recommend such matching, and say that if the Rasi lord of bride and groom is one and the same, or if they are different but friendly, Rajju Dosham is cancelled. But I know cases of Uttarabhadrapada and Bharani, belonging to Aroha and Avaroha of the same (Kati) Rajju group, in which the couples suffered. It is advisable to avoid a match when the stars of bride-to-be and her proposed groom occur so, particularly when the stars fall in Kantha Rajju.
