    Meera Nair and Shekhar Kapur love New York

    Los Angeles (PTI): Indian filmmakers Meera Nair and Shekhar Kapur's short films will be a part of the star studded cinema ensemble 'I Love New York'.

    The feature film which pays tribute to the city has films directed by 12 helmers, from the acclaimed Indian directors to newcomers Natalie Portman and Scarlett Johansson, reported Ace Showbiz.

    While Meera Nair's story stars Natalie Portman and 'Slumdog Millionaire' actor Irrfan Khan, Shekhar Kapur directed 'Transformers' star Shia Le Bouf for his segment.

    The film which is a collection of several love stories set in the city, from the Upper East Side to the hoods of Brooklyn, is similar to 'Paris, je t'aime', which revolved around the European city.

    The cast includes some of the biggest names in Hollywood like Robin Wright Penn, Bradley Cooper, Andy Garcia, Hayden Christensen, Natalie Portman and Orlando Bloom.
