By Our Staff Reporter

BANGALORE NOV. 10. Even 48 hours after the interception of the car in which the Editor-in-Chief of The Hindu, N. Ram, the paper's Joint Managing Director, N. Murali, and others were travelling on Saturday night, by a few plainclothesmen in the city, there is no breakthrough and the Bangalore city police are still "investigating" the matter.

The Police Commissioner of Bangalore, S. Mariswamy, told The Hindu that those who had intercepted the car were yet to be identified by the taxi driver, who was under custody. "We have to pursue the case, and no timeframe has been fixed to complete the investigation," he said.
