Nod for Pak. participation

NEW DELHI SEPT. 8. India has approved Pakistan's participation in the Afro-Asian Games to be held in Hyderabad in October-November and cleared three separate sets of cricket encounters in which both India and Pakistan will take part.

A triangular series of one-day matches between the cricket academies of India, Pakistan and Sri Lanka in Sri Lanka, a quadrangular one-day series among the "under-19" teams of India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh in Pakistan and a triangular set of one-day games between the `A' teams of India, Pakistan and Sri Lanka in India have been approved.
