THIRUVANANTHAPURAM JULY 16. The Poonthura police have arrested a 36-year-old Ayurveda physician, Sivaprasad, on charges of cheating under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The SI (Poonthura), K. M. Prasad, said Sivaprasad, who runs a clinic at Ambalathara, had been arrested on the basis of a complaint filed by a 41-year-old Austrian national, Geraldine Grazuly.
