Former RSS chief dead

MUMBAI JULY 14. Former Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief, Rajendra Singh (81), passed away in Pune today after a long spell of illness. Known among the RSS cadre as Rajju Bhaiyya, this former teacher of physics at Allahabad University was for long a victim of Parkinson's Disease. He died while he was having his lunch. The funeral is to be held tomorrow at Pune, instead of the body being flown to the RSS headquarters in Nagpur. The eyes of the ex-RSS chief were donated as per his wishes.
