NGO Union stages dharna

KOZHIKODE JULY 10. The Kerala NGO Union's Kozhikode district committee organised a dharna in front of the Civil Station here today.

As many as 3,000 employees including women participated in the protest as part of a stir being held all over the State.

The union is demanding initiation of procedures for wage revision, reinstatement of curtailed benefits, withdrawal of stipulations which was likely to breakdown the education system, among others.
