"We are reintroducing Pavilion desktops which was taken off post-merger with Compaq to focus on the Presario brand and now that we have consolidated on Presario, we are relaunching Pavilion series at three price-points," P. Krishnakumar, country manager, consumer desktops, HP India Sales, said here. The entry level Pavilion desktops T 220i is priced at Rs. 42,990 while mid-range T 230i at Rs. 59,990 and T 250i will be sold at Rs. 59,990, he said. HP has also scaled down the price range of Presario to Rs. 29,990-Rs. 49,990 from the earlier entry price of Rs. 30,990 with the existing high-end model staying at the old price of Rs. 1.30 lakhs, Mr. Krishnakumar said. In the Presario models also there are three price points Rs. 29,990, Rs. 37,990 and Rs. 49,990. Both models are targetted towards the home users. The company, today, also effected across the board price cut in its all-in-one printers for the home segment under which PSC 1210 would now cost Rs. 5,999 instead of Rs. 7,999 while OJ 5110 would be priced at Rs. 8,999 from the earlier Rs. 11,999 and PSC 2110 costing Rs. 10,999, down from Rs. 13,999. Similarly, PSC 2210 would now cost Rs. 13,999 instead of Rs. 18,999. However, there was no change in the price for enterprise level all-in-one printers. All-in-one printers offer printing, scanning and copying facilities. PTI
