Saddam's ultimatum?

Dubai JUNE 14. Saddam Hussein, whose fate is unknown, has issued an ultimatum to foreigners to leave Iraq and threatened attacks in countries and on aircraft of the U.S.-led coalition, in a letter purportedly signed by him and published in today's edition of the pan-Arab daily Al-Quds Al-Arabi. — AFP
