Takes over

CHANDIGARH MAY 8. O.P. Verma (66) was today sworn in the 30th Governor of Punjab and Administrator of the Union Territory of Chandigarh.

The Chief Justice of the Punjab and Haryana High Court, B.K. Roy, administered the oath of office to Mr. Justice (retd.) Verma at the Raj Bhavan here.
