He has, apparently, has given instructions against party leaders flocking to the airport to receive him and has decided to meet everybody at the PCC office itself. ``The PCC is the right place to meet my party functionaries and workers and I will be spending the entire day listening to them'' he told The Hindu. . Mr. Kamal Nath, who was looking after Gujarat and Delhi is keen on clamping down on factionalism in the Tamil Nadu unit. ``I don't recognise groups or factions and will not deal with people who seek to represent them'' he said. The Congress is now seeking to reassert itself as a force to reckon with in Tamil Nadu, with the Lok sabha elections scheduled for next year.
