Ex-judge's remand extended

New Delhi May 7. A Delhi Court today extended till May 12 the CBI remand of the former Delhi High Court Judge, Shamit Mukherjee, arrested for alleged links with the DDA scam accused and pronouncing ``favourable'' orders.

The Special Judge, Prem Kumar, who extended Mr. Mukherjee's remand for five days, also sent the co-accused and sacked DDA vice-chairman, Subhash Sharma, to the agency's custody for as many days.
