Senator held

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM April 25. A member of the senate of the Kerala University was arrested today by the Mangalapuram police, following a complaint from a friend of his over the misuse of a BSNL mobile phone connection.

It was D.V.Vinodkumar, who was arrested on charges of acquiring a mobile phone connection, making use of the telephone bill of his friend Zakir of Vaavara Ambalam.
