BEL subsidiary rechristened

MUMBAI: Bharat Electronics has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that consequent to BEL buying the equity shares from the foreign collaborator, Delft Instruments Netherlands, who have exited from the joint venture company — BE-Delft Electronics Ltd., Pune, — fully this company has become a subsidiary of BEL and further the name of this company has also been changed to BEL Optronic Devices Ltd from BE-Delft Electronics Ltd.
