New DDA chief

NEW DELHI APRIL 2. Suman Swarup, an IAS officer of the 1969 batch, took over as Vice-Chairperson of Delhi Development Authority here today.

She served in the Union Labour Ministry prior to this appointment. After assuming charge she said her priority would be to bring about a conspicuous change in the functioning and work culture of the DDA.
