The Special Judge, V. K. Jain, granted the remand of Kapoor till April 7 to facilitate his custodial interrogation. However, on a CBI plea for police remand of Ajay Khanna, who allegedly acted as a conduit on behalf of DLF Universal Ltd, and could not be produced in the court on medical ground, the judge directed the agency to file an application before the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (ACMM).
