Special programmes on TV

HYDERABAD: Doordarshan Kendra, Hyderabad is telecasting the following special programmes on Ugadi from 10 a.m. to 12.30 on DD Channel-I: Nadaswaram by Venugopal and Party, Veda Pathanam by Keesaragutta Veda Patasala Pundits, Panchanga Shravanam by Yogananda Sarma, Hasya Kavitavadhanam by film and TV artistes and an interview with film actress Jayaprada.

Meanwhile, the Chief Minister will release `Vyavasaya Panchangam' published by the Acharya N.G.Ranga Agricultural University at the Ugadi celebrations on April 2.
