Announcing the launch of a range of models in different segments including 19 new models of fans and ten in appliances category, Sunil Wadhwa, Managing Director, said at a press conference here on Monday that the company had also targeted a turnover Rs. 500 crores next year, against a projected turnover of Rs. 400 crores this year. It also plans to come out with `sewing patterns' in May under a tie-up with the National Institute of Fashion Technology. While exports are estimated at about Rs. 90 crores, he said import of components from China were about Rs. 25-30 crores. Among some unique models being launched are `high speed' fans, and a pedestal fan with remote.
