Fallout of India's victory

In a fallout of India's victory over Pakistan in the World Cup, several persons were injured as people on both sides of the border hurled stones at each other during the retreat ceremony at the Joint Border Post at Hussainiwala on Sunday.

A large number of people gathered on the both sides of the Joint Check Post on Sunday evening to witness the retreat ceremony by the BSF and Pakistani Rangers. The Indian crowd, which was in a jubilant mood after their team's tremendous win on Saturday, raised slogans, eyewitnesses said. Some people on the Pakistani side pelted stones on the Indian people drawing retaliation, they said.
