PNB revises FCNR(B) rates

NEW DELHI: Punjab National Bank has revised the interest rate on its Foreign Currency Non-Resident (Bank) on dollar, British pound and euro deposits. The interest rate on dollar deposits would now be 1.10 per cent for 1-2 years, 1.60 per cent for 2-3 years and 2.15 per cent for three years, the bank said in a release. In the case of pound sterling deposits, the rate would be 3.35 per cent for 1-3 years and 3.55 per cent for three years. The interest rate on euro deposits would be 2.20 per cent for 1-2 years, 2.30 per cent for 2-3 years and 2.55 per cent for three years.
