Moser Baer's pact with Imation

NEW DELHI: Moser Baer India, a removable data storage products provider, has signed a strategic long-term sourcing deal with Imation Corp to provide optical media solutions and entered into a 49:51 strategic joint venture for technology transfer and R&D, according to a Moser Baer release.
