Envoys get visas

NEW DELHI Feb.18. India and Pakistan today gave visas to enable Deputy High Commissioners from both countries to take position in Islamabad and New Delhi as scheduled.

T.C.A. Raghavan will be India's new Deputy High Commissioner in Islamabad and Muanwar Saeed Bhatty, his Pakistani counterpart in New Delhi. They will be acting as heads of mission as well. Mr. Raghavan is expected to leave for Pakistan next week.
