Haj Committee in touch with consulate

HYDERABAD Feb. 12. The Additional Commissioner of Police and in-charge secretary of the A.P. State Haj Committee, A.K. Khan, said the Haj control room here was in constant touch with the Consulate-General of India in Saudi Arabia, Akbaruddin, and was monitoring the pilgrim movement at Mina.

There was no incident during the second day of the stoning of Satan and the process was to continue for one more day - 12th and 13th of `Zul Haj'. The control room was functioning round the clock, a press release said.

The return flights of the Haj pilgrims from A.P. will start on March 5.
