Servion partners Infosys' banking unit

BANGALORE: Servion Global Solutions has announced a partnership with the banking business unit of Infosys Technologies. Servion would provide a ready interface for information retrieval between the financial CRM developed by Infosys and RAP CTI engine developed by Servion to provide value added and customised solutions to clients.
