This Day That Age
In Washington on the 10th, President Eisenhower and his wife were guests of the Indian Ambassador, Mr. G. L. Mehta, at a special showing of a documentary, "Mahatma Gandhi: Twentieth Century Prophet", produced by the American Academy of Asian Studies. The President and the First Lady were given a red carpet welcome. As they entered the theatre, they were greeted by Mr. Mehta and his daughter, Aparna.
