HC dismisses petition on HPCL, BPCL sell-off

New Delhi Feb. 6. Government's disinvestment policy today got a boost as the Delhi High Court dismissed a petition, challenging the sale of equity in two oil PSUs — HPCL and BPCL — citing the Supreme Court judgment on privatisation of the BALCO. ``The findings of the Supreme Court in the BALCO case comes in way of this petition,'' a Bench comprising Justice Usha Mehra and Justice Pradeep Nandrajog said while dismissing the petition as withdrawn. — PTI
