Sir, This is with reference to the breach of the Prime Minister's security again. It is time the Blue Book was revised. The mode of the Prime Minister's movement from his residence to the airport should be switched to helicopters. His programmes in the Capital must be so planned as to avoid congested routes and bottlenecks. Alternative routes must be worked out in such a way that none knows the route of the PM's convoy. Reducing the number of vehicles in the convoy can be considered.
