DPC clears Plan projects

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM Jan. 20. The district planning committee has approved the annual Plan programmes and the list of projects submitted by the three-tier panchayats for the year 2002- '03. An official pressnote quoting the District Collector, E.Ayyappan, said the projects cleared by the committee had been returned to the local bodies for implementation.
