World Cup: DD schedule

NEW DELHI JAN. 17. Doordarshan will telecast the World Cup cricket tournament to be held in South Africa next month.

The following is the schedule for the first eight matches to be telecast by Doordarshan:

Feb. 9: South Africa v West Indies: 5.40 p.m to 8.00 p.m-DD National, 8.00 p.m to 8.30 p.m-DD Metro, 8.30 p.m to 9.15 p.m-DD National, 10.10 p.m till end-DD National.

Feb. 12: India v Holland: 1.10 p.m to 5.05 pp.m-DD National, 5.40 p.m to 8.00 p.m-DD National, 8.00 p.m to 8.30 p.m-DD Metro, 8.30 p.m till end-DD National.

Feb. 15: India v Australia: 1.10 p.m to 5.05 p.m-DD National, 5.40 p.m to 8.00 p.m-DD National, 8. 00 p.m to 8.30 p.m-DD Metro, 8.30 p.m till end-DD National.

Feb. 19: India v Zimbabwe: 12.40 p.m to 4.35 p.m-DD National, 5.10 p.m to 8.00 p.m-DD National, 8.00 p.m to 8.30 p.m-DD Metro, 8.30 p.m til end-DD National.

Feb. 22: England v Pakistan: 5.40 p.m to 8.00 p.m-DD National, 8.00 p.m to 8.30 p.m-DD Metro, 8.30 p.m to 9.35 p.m-DD National, 10.10 p.m till end-DD National.

Feb. 23: India v Namibia: 1.10 p.m to 5.05 p.m-DD National, 5.40 p.m to 8.00 p.m-DD National, 8.00 p.m to 8.30 p.m-DD Metro, 8.30 p.m till end-DD National.

Feb. 26: India v England: 5.40 p.m to 8.00 p.m-DD National, 8.00 p.m to 8.30 p.m-DD Metro, 8.30 p.m to 9.35 p.m-DD National, 10.10 p.m till end-DD National.

March 1: India v Pakistan: 1.10 p.m to 5.05 p.m-DD National, 5.40 p.m to 8.00 p.m-DD National, 8.00 p.m to 8.30 p.m-DD Metro, 8.30 p.m till end-DD National.
