The NDA activists, headed by the State BJP president, Nand Kishore Yadav, the Opposition Leader in the Assembly, S.K. Modi, the JD (U) MLA, Vijendra Prasad Yadav, the Samata legislators, Upendra Prasad Kushwaha and P.K. Sinha, led a march to the Raj Bhavan protesting against the recent killing of three students in an alleged ``fake'' police encounter here. . They later handed over a memorandum to a top Raj Bhavan official as the Bihar Governor, V.C. Pande, is away in New Delhi. Later, Mr. Modi said the memorandum demanded the setting up of a judicial commission to probe the alleged nexus between Ministers, MLAs and top leaders of the ruling party in the State and criminals.
