NIIT arm bags $10m BPO order

CHENNAI: NIIT''s remote business process management services subsidiary, NIIT SmartServe, has bagged a $10 million order from the U.K. headquartered Misys Independent Financial Advisory Services (MIFAS) plc. Misys is a leading provider of software products for the international banking and healthcare industries. Under the deal, NIIT SmartServe and Misys will set up an advanced quality assurance centre for MIFAS' core business processes, says a company release.
