No comment, says Cong.

NEW DELHI NOV. 13. The Congress today declined to comment on reports that Rahul Gandhi is joining the party's Seva Dal tomorrow on the occasion of Children's Day, the birthday of Jawaharlal Nehru.

``I have no such information. I am not in a position to either confirm of deny the reports," the party spokesman, Anand Sharma, told presspersons when asked about it.
