Letters to the Editor
Sir, This has reference to the article `Making the Kashmir verdict work' by K.K. Katyal (Oct. 21). It is time the Congress formed a stable government in Kashmir at the earliest in a manner that reflects the people's verdict. By doing so, it can make the people understand that the party, under Sonia Gandhi's leadership, has learnt the art of running coalition governments, that it is capable of uniting like-minded parties and providing an alternative to the present Government at the Centre.
