Low pressure area over Bay of Bengal

VISAKHAPATNAM OCT.9. A trough of low-pressure area lies over the West Central Bay of Bengal off the coastal Andhra Pradesh and its neighbourhood, according to a special weather bulletin issued by the Cyclone Warning Centre here on Wednesday evening.

Under its influence, rain or thundershowers are likely at many places over the coastal Andhra Pradesh during the next 36 hours. Heavy rain is also likely at one or two places over the south coastal Andhra Pradesh during the same period.
