Pak. test-fires another missile

Islamabad Oct. 8. In its second test within five days, Pakistan today test-fired the Hatf IV medium range surface-to-surface ballistic missile, which could hit targets within a range of 750 km, covering several parts of India.

Pakistan's official APP news agency said that the missile also called Shaheen-1 has been ``successfully'' test-fired.

Later, the Defence Ministry said ``today's test was in continuation of the one conducted on October 4 to validate certain additional parameters.''

It said today's test concluded the new series of tests that began on Friday last. — PTI
