Notice on emission norms

New Delhi July 15. Irked by the non-implementation of its order banning commercial vehicles transiting through the capital, the Supreme Court today issued notices to the Delhi Police Commissioner and the local Government asking them to show cause why entry of all commercial vehicles, not confirming to Bharat Stage-II pollution norms, not be banned.
