Aspect, Network Programs team up

NEW DELHI: Network Programs India has teamed up with the U.S.-based Aspect Technologies in a reselling alliance for contact centre solutions. Through this alliance, Network Programs will resell and support Aspect contact server platform and applications including the Aspect Call Centre, Customer DataMart, Customer SelfService and eWokrforce management software, a joint press release said. — PTI
