The Chief Minister, S.M. Krishna, who launched the first phase of the Nirmala Bangalore project on Monday, expressed displeasure over the delay on the part of the Forest Department officials in signing the MoU. ``We have been planning to plant over five crore saplings in the City in the past one year.
