Flights rescheduled

NEW DELHI, NOV. 6. Indian Airlines and its subsidiary, Alliance Air, have as a consequence of phasing out of one Airbus A300 aircraft, recast their flight schedule effecting minor changes from tomorrow. The Kolkata-Dhaka-Kolkata service has been temporarily withdrawn.

According to an announcement made by the airlines, the Mumbai- Rajkot flight CD 7147 will operate daily on the Mumbai- Rajkot- Jamnagar-Mumbai sector leaving Mumbai at 11.45 a.m., arriving Rajkot at 12.45 p.m., leaving Rajkot at 1.05 p.m. and arriving Jamnagar at 1.30 p.m. The flight will depart from Rajkot at 2 p.m. to arrive Mumbai at 3 p.m.

Flight CD 7269 on Kolkata-Jaipur-Ahmedabad-Kolkata sector will operate on Mondays and Wednesdays and CD 7267 on the Kolkata- Ahmedabad-Jaipur-Kolkata will operation on Thursdays and Saturdays.

Similarly, flight CD 7277 on the Hyderabad- Bhubaneshwar-Kolkata sector will operate on Tuesdays and Thursdays while the return flight will operate on Mondays and Wednesdays in accordance with the existing schedule.

The flight on the Hyderabad-Nagpur-Kolkata sector (CD 7271) will operate on Fridays and Sundays and the return flight will operate on Mondays and Wednesdays as per the existing timings.

The Delhi-Raipur-Nagpur-Delhi service, CD 7469 will now also operate on Thursdays in addition to Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.

Also the Kolkata-Bangkok service will operate on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays while the Kolkata- Dhaka-Kolkata service has been temporarily withdrawn.
