'Another judge should hear Jayalalithaa's appeals afresh'
The Supreme Court today directed the Madras High Court to appoint another judge to hear afresh the 18 appeals in the `TANSI' and `Pleasant Stay hotel' cases filed by the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, Ms. Jayalalithaa, and others, from October 1.
