Malik allowed to go abroad

NEW DELHI, SEPT. 1. Senior Hurriyat leader and JKLF chairman, Mr. Yaseen Malik, who was granted bail last month in TADA cases, was today permitted to go abroad for two months for treatment under several conditions.

Allowing Mr. Malik to go to U.S. for his operation, the special judge, Mr. V.K. Jain, said his passport be returned to him as he would require it to get visa from the U.S. Embassy.
