Polaris Software profit up

Polaris Software Lab has reported a post tax profit of Rs. 15.55 crores in the first three months ended June 30, 2001 against Rs. 11.03 crores in the same period of the previous year.

Total revenue has risen to Rs. 71.34 crores from Rs. 52.80 crores. Net earnings work out to Rs. 4.56 as compared to Rs. 3.23. U.S. / North America contributed 47.91 per cent of total revenue followed by Asia Pacific 22.4 per cent and Europe 21.2 per cent. The contribution from domestic sales was 8.49 per cent.
