Tata Infotech posts profit
Tata Infotech has posted a net profit of Rs. 5.42 crores for the
first quarter ended June 30, 2001 as compared to a loss of Rs. 89
lakhs in the corresponding period last fiscal.
Net sales stood at Rs. 131.73 crores against Rs. 108.83 crores,
TFL managing director, Mr. Nirmal Jain said. The total income was
up by 21 per cent to Rs. 133.42 crores against Rs. 110.08 crores
in the corresponding period last year.
