DSQ Software income declines
DSQ Software has reported a 31 per cent drop in total income to
Rs. 80.45 crores in the three months ended June 30, 2001 from Rs.
100.49 crores in the same period last year. The gross profit
before depreciation and interest charges has declined to Rs.
25.60 crores from Rs. 38.24 crores.
Interest charges claimed Rs. 1.50 crores (nil) and depreciation
Rs. 14.50 crores (Rs. 13 crores). The net profit was lower by 66
per cent to Rs. 9.60 crores from Rs. 25.24 crores.
The company has added five new accounts and 40 professionals
during the quarter.
