CCS holds informal meeting
An informal meeting of the Cabinet Committee on

The Trinamool Congress tonight suspended the
dissident party leader, Mr. Ajit Panja, pending enquiry, for his
``anti-party activities''. The national working committee of the
party, which met here, constituted a five-member panel to probe
the matter, the Trinamool Congress spokesman, Mr. Sudip
Suicide by Stalin associate
Mr. Ramesh, a close associate of the Chennai
Mayor, Mr. M.K. Stalin, was found dead this morning along with
his wife and children at their residence.
