Mr. T. Balaswamy, general secretary, Wireless Planning Cell &
Monitoring Group `A' Officers Association writes:
This is with reference to the report `Panel set up to review
frequency allocation', (The Hindu, May 22).
The article gives the impression that with the exit of Mr. P.K.
Garg, there are no frequency experts in the WPC wing. This is
misleading. The association assures you that the WPC wing has
better qualified and more experienced officers and that they are
quite competent.
