A feel of the Centre Court
CHENNAI, JAN. 6. Promising youngsters from Tamil Nadu, Arun
Prakash and Samrita Sekar got a feel of the Centre Court
atmosphere when they played with former Indian tennis stars Vijay
and Anand Amritraj before the last match of the day in the Gold
Flake Open at the Nungambakkam Tennis Stadium, here on Saturday.
Samrita teamed up with Vijay and Arun Prakash, with Anand. They
got the chance following the ATP charity option after which they
were nominated to play in the two-game exhibition duel.
The youngsters, with the crowd behind them, thoroughly enjoyed
themselves even as Vijay and Anand played against each other for
a change.
