The first ever edition of The Hindu Review November Fest in Kochi started on a spiritual journey to Pandharpur through Aruna Sairam’s soulful rendition of Abhangs in a concert tilted ‘Wisdom of Vitthala’. The Korean artistes Dulsori and Ha Yong Bu set Kochi ablaze with their ‘Wild Beats’ and ‘Pancham Unmixed’ — a tribute to R.D. Burman, featuring leading playback singers Srinivas, Chinmayi, Shweta Mohan and Haricharan, was a fitting finale to the maiden fest. Photos: Thulasi Kakkat
