Set a target of 151 after left-arm spinner M. Suresh Babu’s five for 35 played a key role in IOB being dismissed for 141, Young Stars was guided by a crucial 61 (100b, 4x4) by Wilkins Victor. Left-arm spinner R. Rajesh took five for 55 but Young Stars squeezed out a win.
Aaditya Ganesh (141, 268b, 19x4) notched up his first hundred of the season for UFCC (T. Nagar) at the expense of the Jolly Rovers attack at the IIT-Chemplast ground. Abhinav Mukund (133, 236b, 17x4, 2x6) excelled for Vijay against Grand Slam at the IC-Guru Nanak ground. Off-spinner P. Satish claimed seven for 96 for Alwarpet against T.I. Cycles at Murugappa and India Pistons offie A.C. Prathipan grabbed six Indian Bank wickets at the CPT-IP ground.
