Ace Indian tennis star Sania Mirza continued her juggernaut with partner Martina Hingis as the Indo-Swiss pair entered the semifinals of the Wuhan Open WTA tournament in Wuhan on Thursday.

The top-seeded duo eased past the fifth-seeded US combine of Raquel Kops-Jones and Abigail Spears 6-2, 6-2 in the quarterfinal battle.

Sania and Hingis had it relatively easy in the second round against Klaudia Jans-Ignacik and Anastasia Rodionova (6-3, 6-2) after getting a first round bye in the tournment.

The successful pair has been on a high after winning the Wimbledon doubles crown and then the U.S. Open trophy this year to add to their cabinet.
